The project aims to support employees in managing sustainability, energy conservation, raw material cost reduction and recycling efficiently and responsibly, promoting global competitiveness and creating a sustainable future for all.

The training objectives of the project are as follows:

  • Provide employees with the tools and knowledge they need to measure and improve their performance in terms of sustainability, energy and raw material savings.
  • To promote sustainability through increased awareness and expertise in these areas in order to improve efficiency and develop innovative processes for sustainability.
  • Contribute to global competitiveness and the creation of a sustainable future for all.
  • Adopt more environmentally, economically and socially conscious and responsible business management.
  • Reduce the company’s impact on the environment and support local communities.
  • Train employees on how to measure their own carbon footprint performance in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14064 – 14067.
  • Know the GRI regulations for preparing sustainability reports.
  • Analyze materiality to identify sustainability issues relevant to the company.
  • Helping the company make more informed decisions and reduce its environmental impact.
