Whistleblowing

In application of the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 on WHISTLEBLOWING, Torneria Ferraro S.p.A. has activated a special portal, which can be used by those who wish to make an anonymous or otherwise confidential and protected report of unlawful conduct or violations of regulations and/or company procedures.

The portal is structured in such a way as to prevent identification of the reporter. However, if desired, it is possible to provide one’s identity. Once logged in, the reporter is guided through the completion of a brief format in order to make the report. Upon completion, a code identifying the report is issued.

The management of reports is entrusted to a third party company external to Torneria Ferraro S.p.A.

The system ensures that no retaliation or discrimination, direct or indirect, against a whistleblower occurs.

Users are urged not to use the portal to make challenges, claims or requests related to their individual employment relationship or reports not relevant to the subject of Whistleblowing.

All reports are strictly confidential. Any personal data contained in the report will be treated in accordance with the data protection regulations. For more information please see the privacy policy of Torneria Ferraro S.p.A.
