TURNING
TF is equipped exclusively with next-generation CNC Swiss type lathes from 4 to 12 axes. Able to meet all geometric and sizing needs for a wide range of raw materials, we make use of the most advanced CAD-CAM simulation programs and post-production systems.
HOBBING
Our core business is the production of micro-gears. We have 18 milling plants, specifically designed for hobbing worm screws, applied to micro gearmotors. TF has developed cutting-edge proprietary technology that encapsulates decades of experience. The production of new machinery guarantees the highest levels of quality for worm screw production.
LAPPING
TF has created a special department equipped for the lapping of worm screws.
GRINDING
TF has CNC centreless grinding machines that make use of in-process laser measurements to ensure 100% compliance with the specifications requested by the client.
COATINGS/HEAT TREATMENTS
We can provide components complete with heat treatments and special coatings, making use of our fleet of suppliers, selected according to IATF/ISO 14001/SA8000 specifications
